Welcome to Alba Sydney

Founded in 2026, Alba Sydney is an inner west boutique carrying international labels including Weekend Max Mara, Forte Forte, By Malene Birger, Joseph and Karen Walker. Our emphasis is on quality and inclusivity, considered pieces, for all ages and sizes, designed to sit in your wardrobe for years to come.

Our story

Alba Sydney was founded by Rebecca Turnbull, who set out to build a boutique for women in Sydney's inner west who shop for international designers. Frustrated by the experience of only being able to find rare and hard to source pieces online or overseas, she opened Alba Sydney as both an online store and a standing boutique, bringing those labels home to an area she adores - the Inner West.

The boutique sits opposite a leafy park in Leichhardt. Stepping inside feels less like a shop floor and more like walking into someone's home ..warm, considered and inviting. It's a space designed for the way women actually shop: slowly, thoughtfully, and in good company.

What we stand for

We believe in pieces with longevity over trends, and in a wardrobe that grows with you. We curate brands that share our values around quality construction, considered design, and a genuine commitment to inclusivity across age and size. Our aim is to build a community of like minded women — those who shop with intention and dress with care.
