Shipping Policy

Alba Sydney ships all online orders with care. Please read the following information before placing your order. Any delays caused by our courier partners are beyond our control.

By default, all parcels are sent with signature on delivery. If you select Authority to Leave at checkout (or otherwise instruct that no signature is required), you accept the risk of any loss, theft or damage that occurs after the parcel has been left at the nominated address. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where goods do not arrive in acceptable condition.

Australian domestic orders

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel, with Standard or Express delivery available at checkout.

  • Standard shipping — complimentary on Australian orders over $450. For orders under $450, a flat rate of $15 applies.
  • Express shipping — $20 for orders under $450, or $5 to upgrade from Standard for orders over $450.

Order processing times

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. During peak periods (sales, public holidays), please allow up to 5 business days. Processing time is in addition to the delivery timeframes below.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Our team operates Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays.

Estimated delivery timeframes

Express delivery - Metro areas: 1–2 business days - Regional areas: 2–4 business days

Standard delivery - Metro and regional: 3–5 business days - Remote areas (including parts of WA): up to 10 business days

New Zealand

Complimentary express shipping on orders over $550 AUD. For orders under $550 AUD, a flat rate of $25 AUD applies at checkout.

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express International. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. A tracking confirmation email will be sent once dispatched.

 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our boutique at 1/266 Catherine Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040.

  • Select Click & Collect at checkout and choose our Leichhardt store
  • Pay for your order online
  • Wait for your Ready for Collection confirmation email before visiting
  • Bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID to collect

Please allow a minimum of 5 hours for your order to be packed and ready for collection. Orders placed overnight will be ready 5 hours after the store opens the following business day. During peak periods, additional time may be required.

Orders must be collected within [14] business days of receiving your Ready for Collection email. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded after this period.

Local same-day delivery

Same-day delivery is available to customers within 15 km of our Leichhardt store, Tuesday to Saturday during trading hours.

A flat-rate delivery fee of $30 applies. Delivery requires either a signature or PIN verification — your PIN will be sent via SMS to the mobile number used to place the order. Do not share your PIN.

You must be present to accept delivery; we do not offer Authority to Leave on local delivery. If you are unavailable, your order will be returned to our store and you will be contacted for next steps. Delivery fees are non-refundable where the customer is unavailable.

All full-priced and sale items are eligible for local delivery, excluding limited release or pre-order items.
