ALBA GIFT CARD

These terms apply to all Alba Sydney gift cards purchased online or in store.

Alba Sydney gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed across our full offering, both online and in store.

Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred. They should be treated as cash; Alba Sydney is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use.

To redeem, your gift card must be provided at the time of purchase. If the total is less than the card value, any remaining balance will stay available until expiry. If the purchase exceeds the card value, the difference must be settled using another accepted payment method.

Online purchases are limited to one gift card per transaction. In store, multiple gift cards may be used within a single transaction.

Items purchased with a gift card may be returned for exchange or issued as store credit or a replacement gift card to the same value. Refunds to original payment are not available.

When purchasing a gift card online, please ensure all recipient details are entered accurately. Alba Sydney cannot be held responsible for delivery to incorrect or invalid email addresses.

Gift cards are excluded from all promotional offers and discount codes.
